Having been in business for so long, Saylors Machine has a long history of interesting and often complicated projects. Here are a few samples, to demonstrate our capabilities and track record.
“Six shooter”
Designed and built by Saylors Machine, this was made for a local factory that wanted a machine to drive 6 screws simultaneously.
We took their basic design sketch, and produced the item you see here, made exactly to their specifications.

This is a large yoke we made for a local shop, that had to be milled from pre-hardened 4140 stock.
This is a specialty ring gauge that we made for a tubing manufactuer. They needed a gauge that would allow them to quickly check their tubing to within .0005″ accuracy. Their older gauge (shown right) was worn out, so we make a replacement (left).
This is a full machine build we did for a semi-local factory.
They needed a machine to bend a complex shape into a sheet steel part, and while they had the electronics part ready, they needed a shop that could make the parts with a high degree of precision. In this case, we needed to make sure that everything ran in parallel, and that all of the critical faces were parallel to each other.
